A workforce-management portal with a proprietary agentic recommendation engine that ingests skills, performance, demand & availability to automate the "hire vs. train" decision. I owned strategy, delivery, and stakeholder alignment across a 30-person cross-functional team.
Conceptualized and built for a high-concurrency environment at 1M+ monthly transactions. Partnered with ML experts to build a Gen-AI/agentic recommendation layer for personalized UX. Led a 15-member full-stack engineering team.
Drove cross-functional alignment to secure the AWS Telecom Competency. Evaluated all 5 solution categories (Mobile Networks, OSS, BSS, CaaS, Media & TV), selected Mobile Networks as optimal fit, and validated 4 case studies for submission.
Standardized 12 "Golden" RFP templates aligned with Coupa capabilities, improving vendor-evaluation cycle time and unlocking ~20% cost-savings potential. Architected end-to-end flows across 6 Coupa modules.
Designed a secure digital health record platform enabling centralized patient data access; proposed a modular system (patient, doctor, admin) to reduce redundant diagnostics and improve healthcare efficiency.
Co-authored a research paper analyzing IoT vulnerabilities and security frameworks, covering BLE security, firewalls, and DTLS protocols; explored scalability and real-world applications across industries.
Examined evolving ML techniques including ANN, KNN, and SVM; analyzed applications in malware detection, medical imaging, and network security.
Studied ICT applications in communication systems, comparing classroom vs. online learning models; detailed data and voice communication mechanisms and optimization techniques.
